Call or text us for an ASAP or pre-scheduled appointment request: 612-492-1967
You can also request an appointment online using our booking tool once we open.
All appointment requests are subject to a medical evaluation to determine patient eligibility.
All appointment requests are subject to nurse availably and geographic location.
No, you do not need a prescription or order from your primary care physician for most appointments.
We operate under a strict set of medical protocols that are reviewed and supervised by our board certified medical director/physician.
Additionally, all of our staff are experienced and licensed Registered Nurses that are highly skilled in IV administration.
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. We accept HSA, FSA, credit cards and cash. The cost for a team member to come out to your location to administer 1 liter of fluids and medications starts at $190. Our prices are typically lower than what you would expect to pay at an Urgent Care or ER visit after paying for the co-pay and treatments received.
Insurance companies can deny a claim for up to 90 days, which means we would have to bear those costs. Furthermore, the administrative costs associated with working with insurance companies would raise our overhead and prices. We are able to offer the lowest prices as well as sales and specials because we do not have to deal with insurance providers. When dealing with your insurance provider, you may be unsure of your final co-pay. We can assure you that the price you see is the price you pay.
*We do not provide a "Letter of Medical Necessity" or medical codes.
When you receive fluids, medications and vitamins via IV therapy, they bypass digestion and go directly into the bloodstream. The benefits to this include:
• Faster uptake: Instant uptake of fluids, medications and supplements by your body, so you feel better quicker
• Better absorption: Your body can better absorb vitamins, medications and supplements via IV than via oral methods like pills (~50% of the vitamin is absorbed orally, while ~90% is absorbed in IV form)
• Acute illness: When you're nauseous, have vomiting or diarrhea, staying hydrated orally can be difficult.
• Chronic illness: Bypassing digestion can be helpful - even necessary - for many sufferers of chronic illnesses, particularly those that impair digestive organs like IBS, IBD, GERD, Crohn's disease, Celiac disease and Colitis.
• Age: Our ability to digest and absorb vitamins from pills - and from food itself - gets worse as we age, and can lead to deficiencies. Even mild deficiencies in certain vitamins can lead to fatigue, brain fog and faster aging.
• Lifestyle: Lifestyle factors like smoking, alcohol and drug use can impact your ability to absorb the nutrients from pills, while at the same time depleting your body of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in order to process these toxins.
• Diet: People on restrictive diets may not get enough of certain vitamins and minerals from food.
If you have one or more of the following medical conditions (contraindications):
• Congestive heart failure
• Kidney failure/chronic kidney disease
• Uncontrolled hypertension
• Altered mental status
Prior to treatment, we review health history, allergies, screen for contraindications, and take a full set of vitals to ensure you are an appropriate candidate for IV therapy.
We can provide plain IV fluids to pregnant or lactating patients.
The Basic Boost is safe for lactating patients.
IV Zofran is available after 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Additional vitamins and medications can be administered with an order from the patient's physician. This order can be faxed to: 1-800-760-7609
No two patients are the same. An individual’s metabolism, how the vitamins are stored in the body, the level of deficiency, and other factors all play a role in how long the vitamins remain in the system.
Research studies have shown that vitamins and minerals are still present at higher levels up to two weeks after an infusion.
